Haskap Pie finds dark matter haloes in cosmological simulations using efficient sampling, K-means clustering, tree assembly, particle tracking, and energy-based methods. It runs on individual machines or high-performance computing clusters and uses MPI to evolve merger trees via a main Evolve_Tree function. The code operates on simulation outputs from multiple hydrodynamical and N-body codes, including ENZO (
ascl:1010.072), AREPO (
ascl:1909.010), GIZMO (
ascl:1410.003), and RAMSES (
ascl:1011.007), given at least five timesteps or snapshots. Haskap Pie integrates with analysis environments such as
yt (
ascl:1011.022) to support detailed study of halo populations and their evolution.
