ARVE: Extreme precision radial velocity analysis
ARVE extracts and analyses radial velocity time series from high-resolution spectroscopic data. The Python-based toolkit loads spectra, generates example datasets, and computes radial velocities using different extraction methods. The package includes routines to visualize spectral content and to characterize components of stellar activity from the resulting velocity time series. ARVE also supports injection–recovery tests to assess the detectability of periodic signals and provides tutorials demonstrating workflows from data generation through velocity extraction, activity characterization, and planetary signal testing.
