Chempath: Pathway analysis for chemical reaction networks
Chempath identifies and analyzes chemical reaction pathways in photochemical and atmospheric chemistry systems. It automatically constructs the most important reaction chains by processing chemical reactions and associated model output to determine their connectivity and relative importance. The code explicitly quantifies contributions from numerical imbalances rather than internally balancing them away. Chempath accepts user-provided reaction networks and produces summaries of key pathways and associated metrics, and includes tools to explore dominant routes through the network.
