The TOAExtractor pipeline extracts Times of Arrival (TOAs) from X-ray observations of pulsars to support timing cross-calibration of high-energy instruments. It performs standard X-ray timing analysis to measure absolute alignment with Universal Time (UT) and assess timing stability over time by comparing observations of the same pulsar across multiple instruments. TOAExtractor generates a database of X-ray TOAs. The package includes corrections for instrumental effects in pulse profiles, such as dead time and pile-up.
