deepCR identifies and removes cosmic rays from astronomical images using trained convolutional neural networks. It supports Hubble Space Telescope ACS-WFC and WFC3-UVIS detectors and provides pretrained models for these instruments. deepCR can produce binary or probabilistic cosmic-ray masks, optionally inpaint affected pixels, and process large images by segmenting them into patches (with multiprocessing support). The package includes quickstart examples.
