HERACLES++ solves the multidimensional compressible Euler equations on Cartesian or spherical meshes in 1D, 2D, or 3D. The code supports optional gravity and includes example test problems, such as a Sod shock-tube setup, and enables simulations of astrophysical fluid dynamics such as shocks, instabilities, turbulence, and mixing.
