[ascl:2603.005] Haskap_Pie: Dark matter halo finder and merger-tree generator for cosmological simulations
Haskap Pie finds dark matter haloes in cosmological simulations using efficient sampling, K-means clustering, tree assembly, particle tracking, and energy-based methods. It runs on individual machines or high-performance computing clusters and uses MPI to evolve merger trees via a main Evolve_Tree function.
